STELLA HANAN COHEN is honorary Life Chairperson of the Sephardic Community of Zimbabwe. Inspired by her culinary and Ladino heritage, she authored “Stella’s Sephardic Table: Jewish family recipes from the Mediterranean island of Rhodes”, which has won 5 international awards. 

JOAN NATHAN is the author of 11 cookbooks including, “King Solomon’s Table: a Culinary Exploration of Jewish Cooking from Around the World.” A regular contributor to The New York Times, she is an inductee to the James Beard Foundation’s Who’s Who in American Food and Beverage. Her PBS television series, Jewish Cooking in America with Joan Nathan, was nominated for the James Beard Award for Best National Television Food Show.
